Art is something I always give a little time to here and there. I often find that I get swept away in my own world.
Although I am truly fazed by reality and base my work off of it, I think of art as not just an escape but an entrance to a captivating dimension. As soon as I make contact with my pencil to paper, I feel a relief of any stress I’ve been going through or worry I have for the future. In the “real world” I find myself fearing the little things and focusing so much on what I can do right, but I never have this doubt in creating my art, because I know that I am the creator and I can bring to life the feelings, emotions, and aspects of reality I choose to.
My family, and especially my friends, have been so supportive of my ambitions and dreams for art. As a response to their support, I like to dedicate art pieces as a tribute to them. In regards to the future and how I am approaching it, I hope that I can continue to move people through my art and provide them a sense of stability the same way that my inspirations have become a foundation for what I love and do.
