The Art of Braiding with Shani Crowe

The day has finally arrived! Interdisciplinary artist Shani Crowe awesomely accepted our request to come hang out at the Art Institute of Chicago. Her artistic practice features hair braiding, and draws from her interest in beauty ritual, culture, and community-building.
